  1. Just curious, why are builders continuing new construction when foreclosure rates are nearing all time highs? What is thier premise? Isn’t this a disaster waiting to happen?

    1. No Sir Joe. As a matter of fact, of the properties beginning construction, we have already sold 4 of the homes under construction to young families. As it turns out, this area is close to being home for the many troop movements returning from overseas. Homes can be built with lower material and labor costs and The LMC Group specializes in getting the land deals to where the builders can make these homes affordable. It’s a lot of home for the money. I hope this helps. Thank you for the question.
